Chorley and South Ribble Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is responsible for the commissioning of a range of services to a diverse population in the central Lancashire area. We are a member organisation made up of the 31 GP practices in Chorley and South Ribble and we plan, buy and deliver services, ensuring they are safe, effective and high quality.
Our vision is to ensure equal and fair access to safe, effective and responsive health and social care for our communities that represent value – now and in the future.
The area has two major hospitals and a range of community healthcare organisations, through which we commission planned hospital treatments, urgent care, community health services, mental health services, maternity and newborn services, children’s healthcare, and services for people with learning disabilities.
